Ethiopian Food

Ethiopian food consists, as a general rule, meat dishes and spicy vegetables. It is a general rule, in the form of what is and thick stew is served on Injera above, is a great Flad leaven bread. Pesto sauce is a first! Yes, the sauces are equally important in the kitchen. They add, to a court and they can then an integral part of this court. But what is sauce? I will not say what should be a good sauce. Still is a pesto sauce! He comes from the Latin verb “to beat.” Remember that the origin was amended by beating pesto basil leaves with a diver. One type was produced creamy consistency. You can say, ‘But this is not a strange way, for a sauce! Thanks to beat you with the basil leaves a diver. ” Remember that basil leaves in a bowl with salt and crushed garlic … And then a kind of sauce .. A creamy texture. It is interesting how the basil leaves are as important, this sauce - Pesto! After this, the kernel will be added, and then, finally, olive oil and grated cheese. ANXIETY

The feeling of anxiety is common to all and we have all felt it many times in the course of our lives. But when anxiety becomes an excessive, irrational dread of everyday situations, it becomes a disorder.

Nearly 40 million people above the age of 18 are affected by this disorder in a given year. Anxiety disorder may be caused by a mental condition, a physical condition, the effects of drugs, or from a combination of these.

Some of the common Types of Anxiety Disorders are:

I PANIC DISORDER

This condition is characterized by periods of intense fear or a psychological distress that lasts for about half an hour.

II GENERAL ANXIETY DISORDER (GAD)

This condition is characterized by excessive anxiety and worry, occurring more days than not for a period of at least 6 months, about a number of events or activities. Having this disorder means always anticipating disaster, often worrying excessively about health, money, family, or work. Sometimes, though, the source of the worry is hard to pinpoint.

III PHOBIC DISORDERS
